Taral Hicks was born September 21, 1974 in Queens,
New York and is the youngest of a four sister family. 2 of her older
sisters D'Atra and Miriam Hicks are
also active in the music industry. Taral started out her career as an
actress and already starred alongside Robert DeNiro, Sean Connery and
Whitney Houston. She landed her first record deal with Motown in 1996.
Her debut album entitled "This Time" featured several Billboard charting
